Accounting & Administrative Assistant (medior/senior)

We are currently seeking a motivated administrative employee with an accounting background. As an accounting and administrative employee at Interligo, you will be responsible for purchase invoicing, sales invoicing, and general administration. As an Administrative Accounting Assistant, you will be jointly responsible for the purchase and sales invoicing of the services offered by Interligo. 

You will be in charge of the general administration related to invoicing. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing financial data in the accounting system. You will work closely with other colleagues within the sales and order team at Interligo. 

  • Outgoing invoicing for consultancy, hardware, licenses, and projects. 
  • Maintaining internal contacts and building strong relationships with suppliers. 
  • Incoming invoicing. 
  • Internal (Inter-Company) invoicing. 
  • Following up on credit control.
  • General administration, such as answering additional questions arising from invoicing. 
  • Ensuring the mailbox is kept up-to-date.  
  • You have an A2 diploma in commerce/accounting or equivalent through experience. 
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in performing invoicing processes and accounting tasks is required. 
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office is essential. 
  • Familiarity with ERP packages such as Navision, Routty, and ionBIZ is considered a positive aspect. 
  • You have an eye for detail and an affinity for numbers. 
  • You can work both independently and as part of a team and have excellent communication skills. 
  • In addition to working in a structured and precise manner, you possess a well-developed logical reasoning ability. 
  • A very good oral and written knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
