Internal Sales (medior/senior)

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Internal Sales profile to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently. The responsibilities are focused on supporting the sales process from an office or internal operations perspective. You will work closely with other colleagues within the sales and order team at Interligo 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. 
  • Provide sales support and technical expertise for our Networking and Security solutions. 
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders. 
  • Prepare detailed and accurate quotations and proposals based on client requirements and project specifications. 
  • Ensure all documentation is thorough, accurate, and compliant with company standards. 
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, orders team and technical experts to meet customer needs. 
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and provide updates on sales activities, opportunities, and challenges. 
  • Coordinate with technical experts to ensure that client requirements are clearly understood and met. 
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research and client interactions. 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system. 
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly renewal targets and KPIs. 
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the IT or technology sector. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. 
  • Extensive knowledge in MS Office and CRM software. 
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Excellent written and spoken knowledge of Dutch, French, and English. 
  • You have an eye for detail and an affinity for numbers. 
  • You can work both independently and as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.
